RICE PITHA


RECIPE
Servings 4-5 people| Prep Time 25 min | Total Time 35

INGREDIENTS
2 c / Sticky rice powder
4 tbsp / Sugar or Jaggery
1 tsp / Cardamom powder
1 c / Vegetable oil
2 tbsp / White sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
Soak 2 cups rice for few hours, grind it to a fine powder and then add cardamom powder. Mix the sugar / jaggery in water and add the paste into rice powder. Make few small doughs and sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides. Then keep that for 10 mins and fry on hot oil until brown. It can be served with tea as an evening snack.
