RECIPE
Servings - 6 to 8 people| Prep Time - 20mins | Total Time -30 minsINGREDIENTS

4 tsp / Mustard powder (freshly grinded)
1 tsp / Turmeric powder
1 tsp/ Black Rai seeds
4 tbsp/ Mustard oil
1 tsp/ Garlic paste
1 tsp/ Ginger paste
2/ Dry chillies
1/ Onion
1/ Tomato
3 c / Water
Salt as per taste
DIRECTIONS
Wash the fish and add Turmeric powder and salt to that. Then on an iron karahi pour oil and let it become hot. Then slightly fry the fish. Fry 3-4 pieces at a time.
After that add some oil into the remaining oil and then add Rai seeds, dry chillies and onion. Add salt and Turmeric powder into that. Cook the masala well then add ginger and garlic paste. Stir it well. Into that add Mustard powder. Cook the mixture for 5 mins until it releases oil. Then add water and let it come to a boiling point.
Then add fried fish 🐟 pieces and cook for another 5 mins on high flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
